    5 smiles Great Place to Stay prior to Cruise
    We had many choices to stay 24 hours prior to leaving on a cruise, in addition we were extremly happy with the shuttle service, rooms and near by resturants. The morning breakfast meal was a nice feature, however, it could offer more hot items. The beds were extremely comfortable!.
    5 smiles Wonderful customer service!
    We stayed for 5 days at this property and wish it could have been more. Lovely hotel room instant help when needed ( our Microwave went out and we had a new one inside of an hour!) We also needed extra towels in addition never had a bit of trouble getting them. Had a slight issue with the hotel room rate thought, in addition it turned out to be misunderstanding and they were patient with me and explained everything to satisfation and even offered me a special rate that was available that was unaware of at the time.
    2 smiles friendly but needs a little work
    Our hotel room was spotless and we did enjoy having a fridge, microwave and sink. the queen size bed and the sofa bed were both painful to sleep on. Lumpy and old. We had a hard time getting enough fresh linens. We left a message for the maid to leave us extra towels etc. in addition we never had enough for the three of us. When we called the manager's office they told us to come and get more if we wanted them. The breakfast meal buffet was great if you got there early. out of most items by 8. The help was friendly.

    We arrived in Tampa and called for the property shuttle-which came in short order. friendly help members-both driving the shuttle and later in the M-Thur happy hour lobby of the property. In fact the food was so good, we did not have to go out to dinner! Next morning, the breakfast meal was hot or cold and diverse, got fat free and husband got his fat filled fare! The help answered all of our questions about what to do with one day in Tampa-which was Busch Gardens. A great choice. The hotel rooms were large with a kitchen and sitting area. Chase is a place would stay again!

    Great place to stay. help friendly, rooms spotless and comfortable. Evening reception was great treat. loved being on the water.
